The Inner Guardians holds sacred spaces with online and physical group gatherings. The methods used in the Inner Guardians are based on ageless esoteric principles fused with modern day techniques from NLP, mindfulness, meditation and psycho-physical exercises. The aim is to improve self-awareness, mindset, will power, extra senses, nervous system, health, physical movement into action and self mastery as you are taught the first principles of flow and altered states. The Inner Guardians principles can be used with day-to-day interactions right through to high performance tasks and much more. The Inner Guardians system is based on techniques that are perfectly designed to be profound and yet very practical and welcomes anyone from all walks of life.
inceptionThe Inner Guardians was created by personal protection expert and coach Lee Hasdell in 2019 whilst Lee was giving a private talk in Moscow. His realisation that the greatest threat to the individual and humanity was of a non physical nature based on the repetition, psy-ops and dark flow state with long term exposure to fear based states of mind leading to chronic tension and under performance. This realisation inspired him to develop a practical method of ideas, preparation, practice and action which came after years of studying and teaching the martial arts, defensive tactics and spending over 40 years involved with a variety of esoteric groups and mystery schools. Lee Hasdell is an international master teacher and prominent leader within his field of work with various black belts in the martial arts and teaching qualifications earned in Japan, Russia and the USA. Lee is also an insured and accredited teacher/practitioner in NLP, meditation, psychic development, fitness and mindfulness.
